By encouraging our children to be open to trying new foods. The child is better able to find more food products they enjoy eating. When adolescents develop a taste for different types of foods. It can be easier for the caretaker to plan meals, as the child is working towards no longer being a picky eater.

By offering our variety of selected foods. We help our students get the nutrition they need from each of the food groups.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIESPhysical activity helps adolescents remain healthy; it helps the child learn positive health habits early in life, and it gives youth an outlet for their natural energy.
PSALMS 127:3 MAGNET MINISTRY defines physical activity as actively playing while engaging in physical activity such as Simon Says, Obstacle Courses, Skating, Duck Duck Goose, and any activity that gets our children moving. |
